The Birches is a delightful , completely renovated and fully re furnished 2 bedroom home at Blair Athol , an inner Adelaide suburb. It will provide a relaxing holiday in a quiet location , while still being adjacent to the CBD

This self contained house is situated on a large allotment in a very quiet street ,has lock up , undercover car parking and parking for additional cars.

The house comprises a lounge , dining room , kitchen , 2 bedrooms , bathroom , laundry and separate toilet. , reverse cycle heating and cooling , together with ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The lounge has a TV , DVD , movies and games , Hi Fi , incl CD player , free local phone calls , phone card required for STD , free internet access (dial up)

The kitchen is self contained with a new stove , dishwasher , refrigerator , microwave and all crockery , cutlery , etc.

Each bedroom has a queen sized bed , one of which splits into 2 singles ,plenty of built in cupboard space and all linen is supplied.

Brand new modern heated bathroom , personal toiletries provided for each guest on arrival.

Tea , coffee and sugar is initially provided , supermarkets are 2 minutes by car for all other requirements , or there is a corner store 2 minutes walk from the house.

There is a large private covered rear patio with BBQ and outdoor setting.
